For NEXT STEP Hoteliers
Our German for Specific Purposes course is focusing on following hotel positions: Commis in Service, Bartender, Bar waiter, Maid, Breakfast Service, Breakfast Chef and Spa personnel.
After completing first module, NEXT STEP Academy students will be able to:
- Introduce oneself, greet and welcome guests, recommend dishes and drinks, take simple orders in restaurant and bar
- Recognise basic culinary and food terms, typical dishes of Austria, offer Spa treatments and take the order in Spa area
- Continue online Modul 2 Next Step course coordinated with their work schedule
